What's in It for You:

• Hourly Pay: $20-$25 per hour.
• Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm-no weekends! You don't need to be on call!
• Solid Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, plus optional life and AD&D, paid holidays, 401k, PTO, and more.
• Weekly Gas Money: Up to $150.

Here's the Scoop:

• You'll be hopping around various Chicago sites, tackling different maintenance gigs each day.
• You'll handle work orders related to plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and general fix-ups.
• Use your phone to keep in touch with the office crew.
• Skip the daily office check-in; just head home when your jobs are done.
• Snap pics and update your work status through our handy apps.

What We're Looking For:

• Got skills in trades like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC? Perfect.
• You'll need your own vehicle, tools, and a valid driver's license.
• A big fan of using tech to keep track of your work.
• Killer problem-solving skills and always on your toes.
• Great at working with others and sharing updates.
