GC Realty & Development, LLC, is a 21 year old residential property management company managing 1400 units in the Chicago market. We have grown every single year offering stability and opportunities for our entire team to grow with us.

What You Will Get:

• Hourly - $23.00-$26.00
• Gas Stipend - $Up to $150.00 per week

What You'll Bring:

• Proven residential maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license

What Your Day Looks Like

• Start from your home and have dispatch instructions to your first job the night before
• Complete 3-5 maintnence work orders per day at single family, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings
• Complete any closing out of tasks completed and upload pictures into our system from a cell phone(we provide)
• Work orders could include every day repairs, rental license requirments, section 8 fixes, and anything else that can go wrong in or on a home
• You will provide The GC Realty Experience to the residents by being easy to work with, solving problems the first time, and leaving customers with a remarkable feeing.
• Communicate and collaborate throughout the day with dispatcher, manager, and team members
• At each stop you will be the eyes and ears of the company and report back what you see. "See Something Say Something"
• Stay to the job is done when scenario deems necessary
• Finish your last work order for the day and go home
