The Director of Residential Property Management is responsible for leading the entire Property Management team at GC Realty & Development, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of client and resident satisfaction. Overseeing key managers in Leasing, 12+ Client Management, Resident Experience, and Customer Service, the Director develops and implements strategies to optimize performance, enhance service delivery, and drive financial success. This role requires a focus on data-driven decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture. The Director also plays a critical role in long-term strategic planning, ensuring that departmental goals align with the company's vision for growth and continued success.

Your Day To Day

  • Deliver the GC Realty Experience
  • Coaching your team through challenges
  • KPI monitoring and decisions made from the data
  • Ensure cross departmental collaboration with Maintenance
  • Team development and engagement
  • Department budget and financial oversight
  • Compliance and policy enforcement

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience working within Property Management with third-party owners
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams
  • Ability to work from our Roselle office Monday thru Friday 8am-__pm
  • Knowledge about laws and statutes related to the position
  • Customer-service oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to execute and hold others accountable daily
  • Leadership skills
