What You Will Get:
- Hourly - $23.00-$26.00
- Gas Stipend - $Up to $150.00 per week
- Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance

What Your Day Looks Like
- Begin your day from home w/dispatch instructions sent to you the night before.
- Complete 3-5 maintenance work orders daily at a variety of properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartment buildings.
- Efficiently close out tasks and upload photos of completed work into our system using a company-provided cell phone.
- Work orders may include everyday repairs, rental license requirements, Section 8 fixes, and any other home-related issues.
- Deliver "The GC Realty Experience" by being approachable, solving problems on the first visit, and leaving residents with a positive, lasting impression.
- Collaborate and communicate throughout the day with your dispatcher, manager, and team members to ensure seamless service.
- Act as the company's eyes and ears at each stop, reporting any observations. "See Something, Say Something."
- Stay on the job until it's completed when necessary to ensure quality work.
- After finishing your final work order for the day, head home!
