Role Summary

The Tenant Relations Specialist at GC Realty & Development is at the forefront of delivering the GC Realty Experience-a standard of excellence in the Property Management industry. This role is essential in ensuring every resident has a remarkable feeling and is supported throughout their journey with us. You have to like to make people happy in this role.

  • Hourly - $5.00-$7.00(USD) Paid Weekly

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver the GC Realty Experience: Uphold GC Realty & Development's high standards by providing seamless, professional interactions that build trust and deliver exceptional service to residents and clients.
  • Manage Resident Communication: Serve as the main contact for residents, handling all calls, chats, texts, and emails. Respond promptly to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Email and Task Management: Monitor and prioritize emails and texts, ensuring timely and effective responses to maintain clear and organized communication.
  • Support Team and Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting to address resident concerns and align resolutions with company goals and resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in Meetings and Professional Growth: Attend weekly RST and one-on-one meetings with the Resident Experience Manager. Share ideas, actively engage, and embrace opportunities to grow professionally and improve team performance.
  • Problem Reporting and Issue Resolution: Identify and report process challenges. Use L10 meetings to collaborate on solutions and work with the team and manager to implement improvements.
  • Additional Duties and Flexibility: Support other Resident Services Team roles as needed and complete tasks assigned by the Resident Services Manager to ensure smooth team operations.

What You Bring:

  • 3 years of customer experience is required; we expect you to want to talk to people and help them all day long.
  • Confident in handling challenging resident conversations.
  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Reliable work-from-home setup.
