A Day in the Life

• Start your workday from home with your job assignments sent the night before
• Complete 3-5 maintenance work orders daily across various property types (single-family homes, condos, apartments, townhomes)
• Upload completed work details and photos into our system (we provide the phone)
• Handle a variety of repairs, rental license requirements, Section 8 fixes, and other property maintenance needs
• Deliver The GC Realty Experience-solve problems on the first visit, provide top-tier service, and leave a positive impression
• Stay in constant communication with dispatchers, managers, and team members throughout the day
• Be our eyes and ears at each job site-if you see something, say something
• Finish your last work order and head home!
