Role Overview:

The Client Services Specialist (Property Manager) at GC Realty & Development is responsible for being the face of the company with GC Realty clients and delivering The GC Realty Experience™ at every step. Managing real estate has many moving parts and constant distractions so we want someone that has job history of overcoming similar challenges and thriving.

What You'll Get

• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and if licenced in Illinois

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience focused on investor or owner relations (not resident management)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to make our clients feel confident and comfortable that we got them
• Experience managing portfolios of investors, understanding their needs, and maximizing property value
• Ability to communicate effectively with property owners, ensuring they are confident in our management of their assets
• In-depth understanding of Residential Maintenance processes
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Understanding of Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois rental laws.
• Someone to work in office with the team Monday through Friday
