Role Summary
The Administrative Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative functions, supervising processes, and supporting company leadership. This position provides high-level executive assistance, streamlines workflows, and enhances operational efficiency across the organization.

What You Get
- Hourly Pay: $10.00-$15.00 (USD) Paid Weekly
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 5% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You'll Do

Administrative Leadership: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Executive & Leadership Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings, and streamline communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and maintain administrative best practices.

Project & Task Management: Track multiple projects, oversee execution, and ensure deadlines are met.

Staff Coordination & Support: Assist in managing administrative personnel and delegating tasks as needed.

Financial & Budget Assistance: Support financial planning, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Event & Travel Coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and company events.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest integrity standards.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, managerial or executive support role (supporting C-level executives preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with near-native English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace, especially Excel for reporting and data management.
- Tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Reliable work-from-home setup with a quiet and distraction-free environment.
