What You Will Get
- Salary - $110,000.00-$130,000.00(USD)
- Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Leadership, or Talent Strategy.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performance teams.
- Experience coaching leaders and managers to build accountability-driven teams.
- Proficiency in workforce analytics, performance management, and hiring assessments (like Predictive Index).
- Strong understanding of leadership development, feedback models, and organizational design.
- Experience balancing remote vs. local hiring strategies to optimize efficiency and talent density.
