Who We Are:
GC Realty & Development is on the lookout for a Maintenance Coordinator - someone who understands the nuances of rental maintenance, communicates clearly with residents, and ensures work orders are handled swiftly and accurately.
Your Role in a Nutshell:
As our Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be the gatekeeper for maintenance approvals-balancing speed, fairness, and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with our Resident Services team, stepping in to:

Review incoming work orders and make thoughtful approval or denial decisions

Communicate directly with residents about their maintenance issues and cost responsibilities

Identify and escalate potential concerns early

Keep timelines tight and follow through on any delays

Help internal teams stay in sync by proactively managing your workflow

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

6+ months of experience coordinating maintenance or dispatching, ideally in a U.S. property management setting

At least 1 year in a customer service or operations support role
-
Familiarity with pricing scopes or work orders (a plus!)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal - B2/C1 or higher)
-
Reliable tech setup: computer, webcam, dual monitors, and stable internet
