GC Realty & Development is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist-a friendly, focused team player who's ready to support our residents with excellent service and a positive attitude, every single day.


What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll be the go-to person for questions, concerns, and move-out support. Your job is to make their experience smoother, easier, and more positive-while keeping everything running behind the scenes.

You'll:

  • Respond to calls, emails, texts, and chats with helpful, upbeat communication

  • Manage move-out logistics and make sure every step is wrapped up properly

  • Keep our systems up to date with clear and accurate records

  • Create and assign tasks through platforms like Podio and our Comms App

  • Collaborate with internal teams so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Help identify patterns and suggest ways to improve our processes

What We Offer:

$5-$7 USD/hour, based on experience
Fully remote role (quiet, dedicated home workspace required)
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST
Training & mentorship from a collaborative leadership team

What You'll Bring:
1-3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
Great communication skills-both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and multitask with calm confidence
Familiarity with CRMs, email platforms, or task tracking tools
A natural drive to help others and make things better
