The Role
As a Lead Property Manager at GC Realty & Development, you'll be the go-to advisor and strategist for our property owners. This isn't just about managing properties-it's about building relationships, optimizing investments, and guiding owners with confidence and clarity.
From onboarding new clients and reviewing financials to collaborating with internal teams and driving solutions, you'll be at the center of it all-delivering The GC Realty Experience™ every step of the way.

What You'll Get

What You'll Do

Be the face of client service, delivering the right solutions the first time

Take charge of all client communication-phone, email, text-with a focus on first-contact resolution

Stay proactive with regular updates on inspections, financials, and tenant issues

Review and analyze financials, providing data-driven recommendations on ROI and concessions

Lead the onboarding process for new owners, setting expectations and building trust

Manage approvals and turnovers, keeping owners aligned and confident in decisions

Partner with leasing to reduce vacancies and strategize on tough-to-fill units

Guide renewals and negotiations, balancing client and resident needs

Jump in on "other duties as assigned"-because teamwork makes the dream work
What You Bring
✔ 3+ years in a leadership or client-focused property/asset management role
✔ 5+ years of hands-on property management experience
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to analyze financials and deliver investment-focused recommendations
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset-you fix things before they break
✔ Availability to work onsite in Roselle, IL, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
✔ A GSD mentality: ownership, accountability, hustle
