The Role
As a Residential Portfolio Manager at GC Realty & Development, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your job goes beyond day-to-day management-you'll be building relationships, analyzing performance, and ensuring that owners' investment strategies align with their financial goals.
From onboarding and financial reviews to approvals and coordination with internal teams, you'll be the key driver behind each client's success, delivering The GC Realty Experience™ with every interaction.
This role is for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking AND daily execution-solving problems before they arise, taking accountability, and consistently GSDing.

What You'll Do

Manage your assigned portfolio of residential properties, ensuring performance and client satisfaction

Be the primary contact for property owners-answering questions, resolving issues, and providing confident direction

Deliver proactive communication on inspections, vacancies, tenant issues, and financial results

Review financials and ROI, providing data-backed recommendations to maximize owner returns

Guide new owners through onboarding, setting the tone for trust and success

Manage approvals for repairs, turnovers, and property decisions

Partner with leasing to reduce vacancy times and strengthen unit performance

Facilitate renewals and negotiations with a balance of client and resident needs

Collaborate with internal teams and jump in on additional projects as needed-because teamwork wins
What You Bring
✔ 3+ years of experience in property/asset management, client services, or real estate investment with a focus on owner relations
✔ 5+ years in property management overall
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills-you listen, respond, and deliver solutions
✔ Confidence in analyzing financials and making investment-focused recommendations
✔ A proactive, accountable mindset-you stay ahead of challenges and GSD daily
✔ Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
