The Role

As a Leasing Agent at GC Realty & Development, you're the face of our homes. You'll meet with prospective renters, show them around, answer their questions, and make the leasing process smooth, easy, and exciting.

You'll be out and about - checking on properties, updating listings, and connecting with people - so no two days look the same. We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, and thrives on building connections. If you're a go-getter who loves solving problems and making things happen, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Show off properties and create an awesome experience for prospects

• Stay on top of calls, texts, and emails (we move fast here)

• Follow up after showings to keep the process rolling

• Keep our listings fresh with updated photos, videos, and info

• Double-check homes before move-in day - details matter

• Be a friendly, knowledgeable resource for prospects and agents

• Always follow Fair Housing standards and our GC Realty processes

What You Bring

• Leasing experience (1+ year required, 3 preferred)

• Valid Leasing Agent license

• People skills + great communication (you love connecting)

• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once

• Team player with a self-starter vibe

• Availability to work in office, IL, Monday-Friday 8-5
