Lead a High-Performing Remote Technician Team

As our Remote Maintenance Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of field technicians. You'll set expectations, coach in real time, and ensure your team delivers high-quality work on schedule.
You will also coordinate maintenance operations by assigning work orders, prioritizing urgent requests, and keeping communication flowing between technicians, residents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Performance Management
- Set daily expectations around routes, communication, and documentation
- Coach technicians to improve their performance and professionalism
- Hold your team accountable to metrics like response time, completion rate, accuracy, and documentation
- Address issues such as missed appointments, delays, or incomplete notes/photos
- Document performance concerns and partner with leadership on corrective action
Dispatching & Operations

Assign and prioritize work orders based on technician skill set, urgency, and geography

Monitor real-time progress and make necessary adjustments

Communicate with residents to confirm appointments and manage expectations

Review timecards, materials, and notes for accuracy before closing out work

Track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement

Collaborate with the maintenance leadership team on scheduling, routing, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dispatching/scheduling experience
- Experience dispatching 3-5 technicians simultaneously
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience in a performance drive environment
- Solid knowledge of maintenance operations (material cost, labor, repairs, etc)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps download / 10-20 Mbps upload), dual-monitor setup, and functioning camera/microphone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with awork order/field service management system
- Experience coordinating high-volume work orders
- Experience working with KPIs, and Performance dashboards
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role
