Remote Residential Project Manager (Property Management)

GC Realty is looking for a highly organized, fast-moving Project Manager to coordinate residential unit turnovers across our portfolio.

This is not an administrative role. You will be responsible for managing real renovation and maintenance projects from start to finish - coordinating vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring vacant units are turned quickly and efficiently.

 

What We Offer

  • Fully remote position
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (must be comfortable with this schedule)
  • Base Pay: $10 USD per hour + 20% in Performance-Based Compensation paid out Monthly

Your Background

  • 4 years of Project Management experience
    2 years of Construction or residential maintenance experience managing projects.
  • Vendor management experience (you have held others accountable)
  • Solid understanding of time and material (T&M) costs in a residential maintenance
  • Experience solving problems with the right solution the first time
  • Exceptional communication skills through laying out expectations up front

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Turnover Process Management: Manage move out to move in process on the maintenance side. We turnover on average 35 units per month and you will manage this team.
  • Scope Review: Master vendor quotes for precise pricing.
  • Project Management: Price, oversee, and excel in project scopes.
  • Leadership Lead in Residential Maintenance, guiding teams.
  • Client/Vendor Follow Up: Solve issues efficiently, escalate strategically and quickly.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Shape onboarding for the right insights.
  • Vendor Management: Curate our vendor network for synergy.
