Residential Maintenance Support Specialist Wanted for Fast-Paced Team

GC Realty & Development is seeking a Residential Maintenance Support Specialist to support our maintenance operations and ensure work orders are handled efficiently from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable coordinating with residents, vendors, and internal team members.

The Residential Maintenance Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping maintenance operations running smoothly by managing incoming requests, communicating with residents and vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed and documented properly.

What You'll Get

➜ Fully remote position
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (must be comfortable with this schedule)
➜ Base pay: $7/hour, plus 20% performance-based compensation paid monthly
Currency exchange rate program in place
➜ $25 USD for every positive Google review that mentions you by name
➜ Up to $500 per year for reading approved books
➜ $1,000- $3,000 referral bonus for referring a team member
➜ $250 referral bonus for referring a new client

What You Bring 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a residential maintenance-related role (property management, maintenance coordination, or similar)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items
  • Comfortable working with software systems and digital work order platforms

Responsibilities 

  • Communicate with residents regarding maintenance scheduling and updates
  • Ensure work orders are documented accurately and closed out properly
  • Follow up with residents and vendors to confirm completion of work
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist the maintenance department with administrative tasks and tracking requests
