We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Assistant who will support our maintenance team by helping ensure work is properly documented, technicians' time is recorded accurately, and communication between technicians, residents, and municipalities stays organized.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and making sure the details behind maintenance operations are handled correctly.

Role Summary
As a Maintenance Operations Assistant, you will work closely with maintenance technicians and internal team members to make sure maintenance work is properly documented and recorded.
You will communicate with technicians to confirm work completed, review timecards for accuracy, assist with inspection coordination with local municipalities, and communicate with residents when needed regarding maintenance visits.
This role is primarily administrative and communication focused.
Key Responsibilities
Technician Communication & Documentation
- Communicate with maintenance technicians to confirm what work was completed each day.
- Ensure technician timecards are accurate and fully completed.
- Collect and organize documentation related to completed work orders.
- Follow up with technicians when information or updates are missing.
Work Order & Maintenance Documentation
- Confirm maintenance tasks were completed and properly documented.
- Ensure required details, notes, and information are entered into the system.
- Help keep maintenance records organized and accurate.
Inspection Coordination
- Communicate with local villages to assist with inspection scheduling.
- Coordinate inspection appointments and ensure required information is documented.
- Track inspection dates and updates.
Resident Communication
- Communicate with residents regarding maintenance visits when needed.
- Help coordinate communication between technicians and residents to ensure access to units when necessary.
- Provide updates when maintenance work or inspections are scheduled.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Maintenance or Property Management
- Customer Service experience
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review documentation carefully and identify missing information
- Comfortable communicating with technicians, residents, and municipalities
- Ability to stay organized in a remote work environment
