Remote Turnover Coordinator Opportunity with a Growing Chicago Property Management Firm

- Have you worked in maintenance coordination or turnover management within residential property management?
- Are you someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and wants your output to directly impact what you earn?

Compensation
- Salary: $10.00 USD per hour
- Monthly Bonus: 12% opportunity for performance based bonus
- Book Club: Up to $500 per year for reading approved books
- Referral Program: $1,000 bonus for referring a candidate who gets hired
- Paid Time Off: 10 days of accrued PTO per year
- Paid Birthday: Take your birthday or another day that month off, on us
- Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year

What You Bring to the Table
- Strong spoken and written English skills (C1 or C2 level)
- At least 3 years of experience managing vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors in residential property management
- Hands on experience with turnover coordination
- Working knowledge of residential repair costs, timelines, and standards
- Available full time remote, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
- A reliable computer (i3 processor or better, 8 GB RAM minimum), high speed internet, webcam, microphone, and a dedicated workspace
- Comfortable using email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and other digital tools
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with close attention to detail
What You Will Do
- Coordinate move out inspections with inspectors to capture the full condition of the unit
- Build a detailed scope of work and price out each line item based on the move out findings
- Present the scope to the client for approval and collect funds before work begins
- Oversee completion of all scope items and conduct a follow up quality control check
- Hand off the finished unit to leasing as rent ready, verified against GC Property Standards
