GC Realty & Development is looking for reliable, detail-driven Cleaners to join our team.

The Role

No two days are identical, but the goal is always the same: leave every unit spotless and every common area looking brand new. Responsibilities include:

• Performing full turnover cleans on vacant units
• Disinfecting and detailing kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, walls, and fixtures
• Cleaning windows, glass, railings, and ledges to a streak-free shine
• Clearing cobwebs, scuffs, and soap buildup
• Sweeping entryways, gangways, and stairwells
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting with attention to detail
• Swapping lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries, plus other light maintenance tasks
• Flagging issues like leaks or appliance problems to the team right away
• Logging photos/notes and staying in touch with dispatch between jobs

You'll work independently, move between properties throughout the day, and see the impact of your work immediately.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years a plus)
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, and safe chemical handling
• Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to work across different property types-apartments, common areas, residential units
• Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet all shift
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product
• A collaborative, problem-solving attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• $16-$20/hour based on experience
